Hi there! I'm Krystine, the smiling face you see when you visit our office. I'm a wife and a Mom with a passion for wellness.

 

I attended Carroll University in Waukesha, WI during which time I dove more into learning about natural remedies, supplements, dietary changes and more to support optimal wellness. I serve as the Secretary for One Generation, a nonprofit launched in 2015 with the goal of educating women; so that healthier mamas create healthier babies. Our current initiative is Managing Miscarriage. I am also a Birth Doula, completing my certification with Childbirth International.

Building connections through conversation and sharing educational resources is dear to my heart! I especially love supporting women at all stages: pregnancy preparation, pregnant, birthing, and postpartum and beyond.
